Well, I have only one more recording to go!
Something I have noticed in myself and within my practice isa coming together of all previous lessons...starting with my first class of Chi Kung. The practice is beginning to flow as a natural extension of the infusion of the lessons...not sure if that makes any sense to anyone.
But I find it's just going on and my awareness of it...my connection to the practice and the intelligences is becoming somewhat automatic...
Eager for more!
